WHAT TO EXPECT:

There will be a morning session where you will participate in a typical Union Lacrosse practice with other high school players.

Your day will then end with scrimmage and full-field drills.

Equipment Needed: Cleats for field turf, all lacrosse pads and stick (helmet, gloves, mouth guard, arm and shoulder pads, goalie equipment, etc.)
